Images may be incorrectly labelled as perfect if unnoticed modifications were made at some point between uploading and fetching. Some sites in particular seem to have applied slight quality changes to images over the years. There may also have been non-lossy changes somewhere in the process, though that's much less of a problem
Unless proven otherwise Kickstarter images are assumed to be lower quality than the originals
